Bridget Taylor
Are you struggling with feelings of hopelessness and self-acceptance? Does it take overwhelming effort to get out of bed in the morning? Do you hide your pain from others? Do you ever feel like no one understands or cares about what you’re going through? Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, daily life challenges, family struggles, trauma, issues with parenting, or other difficulties, I am here for you. I come from a place of no judgment and acceptance of everything you have been, currently are, and what you hope to be. I am open to anyone who wants to heal wounds and start anew in their life from teens, adolescents, older adults, those within the LGBT+ community and many more. I’m here to walk alongside you while navigating this time in your life. I want to be a stable foundation on which you feel comfortable landing. My overall philosophy is that each person has their own strengths and is an expert on their own lives. Still, everyone needs a space and place to be heard and felt and I am more than happy to be the space and place for you.
Experience and Education

I began my professional career in daycares and elementary schools, and I’ve been working with children on the autism spectrum as a registered behavior technician since 2021.
