My Experience
With over 25 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, along with my background as a lifelong dancer, Health & Life Coach, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Reiki Master, I offer a truly holistic approach to well-being. I believe the mind, body, and spirit are deeply interconnected, and when they work in harmony, we are able to live life as our fullest, most authentic selves.
Growing up as a classical ballet dancer taught me discipline, perseverance, and the drive to push myself—but it also brought struggles with body image and self-worth that held me back from reaching my full potential. Returning to dance as an adult, equipped with new insight, coping tools, and compassion, has transformed something that once brought pain into a source of joy, empowerment, and freedom. I bring this lived experience into my work with clients, helping them navigate their own stories with courage and clarity.
My Education
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with a Minor in Museum Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I am certified as a Health & Life Coach through the Health Coach Institute and completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Athens Yoga Institute. In addition, I am a Certified Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master, allowing me to blend mind–body practices into my work with clients.
